  There was no breakfast included in the price which was a little disappointing considering the basic room rate is still quite pricey. However, I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. The pool, room, and the location is superb. Such close proximity to the hustle of SOUTH BEACH

  The price we paid on booking.com was cheaper than the hotel rate. In fact when we checked out we had to let them know of this as the hotel attempted to charge us a higher rate (room rate by the hotel).

  The owner was friendly, waited up to check us in late. The room was modern, clean, and roomy for 2 of us. Breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again, this place was AMAZING!

  That it was close to the outlet malls I like the location that it was close to eating

  The pool was supposed to be open from 8 AM to 10 PM but when we went down at 9 PM, the door was locked and there was no one there that was Saturday night. My keys didn’t work on the second day that I was there. There was no Jacuzzi that was advertised, and they stated the Jacuzzi was only in one room and that one wasn’t working either. The waffle maker countdown did not work and the dining area was extremely small for the amount of people that they booked the bed in our room on my husband side, and it was a very disappointing experience for us.
