o Easy to get to location on the side of the highway. Very convient if passing through town on the way to the Smokey's. o Close to downtown Clayton where the restaurants, etc. Are. o short drive to the parks. o affordable for what it is o WiFi worked good o parking seemed semi-safe, I could see my truck from the room behind the motel

o The first room we got smelled like straight cigarettes. Complained and the lady said someone was probably smoking in the breezeway... no chance, it was soaked into everything in the room. However, they remedied the situation and checked us into another room with a neutral odor. o The breakfast and coffee were poor. o The beds are decent. However, the bed rails have these metal handle like things on the side right where you get into the bed. Twice I hit my knee, transitioning into the bed. Be aware of this as it could cause injury if you hit it hard enough or are susceptible to heavy bruising.

Free Breakfast was a full cooked to order meal, or you could eat from the buffet. Happy Hour 5 pm to 6:30 each night includes free house wines, basic drinks, and draft beer.
