Location is great with restaurants and shops within a comfortable walking distance. There is a very short walk to the beach from the hotel, & the ocean-front view from our private balcony was excellent. The beds were the standard comfortable. The room size was an added bonus-there were four separate sections. Smooth top-range, full size fridge, and microwave all worked exceptionally well. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. There was trash left under the beds, & I had to clean the bathtub before using it because of hair left in it. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

getting back to the airport to pick up my car was the only thing that went well . I had to wait for 2 hours to get the bus back but I got there. They actually dropped me off at the exact location they told me I couldn't get picked up at the night before.

When it came to pick up from the airport the service was terrible. I called prior to even leaving my home to verify how pick up worked once I arrived because it was going to be 10pm, When I called to tell them I had landed and where I was they sent me running around the airport . Then I called back after arriving where they instructed me to go . I was told 5-10 min. After waiting over 30 minutes I called back and was told they just picked up and I wasn't there. But I was. The gentlement that finally came to get us went all the way across the airport after getting us and all the way back to our original location. I probably walked the entire airport and it was 12:30 by the time we actually arrived at the airport and all the restaurants were closing and we had to eat cup of soup from the hotel store after not eating since noon. Terrible and everyone blamed someone else.

The property is in a great location. It is within walking distance to downtown. It is very quiet and you feel like you are in your own house! Your stay includes breakfast served on a lovely porch. The staff were super friendly, making you feel at home.

One thing we thought could be improved is the fact that coffee is not available until 8:15am and you have to wait until 9am for breakfast. It would have been nice to get our coffee by 7am and breakfast by 8:30am.

Location is great. Can walk to the movies, put put next door, laundry matt close by, and right many places to eat within walking distance.

Got there, checked in, someone else in our room when we walk in, then made to wait 45 min for another room to be cleaned, only left 2 towels for 5 people, swimming pool was green and people still swam in it, breakfast is cold only according to the sign but never even served that, couldn't find the laundry matt it showed in photos. Maybe in a closed area but from 8 at night to 8 am trying to get in the locked front area it was never open.

Booked a king bed but a queen. When I inquired about it at the front desk, the staff said they’re king size was not the same as mine… Also extremely noisy at night. None stop drag racing in front of the hotel.
