The facility was immaculate. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. I also have a disability you needed to use a mobility scooter to get around town and there was always someone available there to help me put it into the vehicle. They were more than accommodating. The accessible room was amazing.

There was a young lady named Brooke who was working the front desk, and she was PHENOMENAL! She was helpful with our keys (as our door was malfunctioning), and she was there if we needed help with something. Besides her, the only other employee that we dealt with wasn't very helpful.

The pool was ice cold (as in too cold to be in longer than five minutes at most), and several doors in the building had malfunctioning locks (regular rooms, storage, and even the pool room suffered from this), so rags were regularly left in the doors to keep them from fully closing.

My girlfriend and I really liked how clean the rooms are and how friendly the staff are, how welcoming they are to everyone the pool was very nice to swim in and the hot tub was great and the Sanna was amazing it was a great stay and great time.

The breakfast was pretty standard, exactly what I expected it to be. they had a Texas shaped waffle maker, that was really cute, and the waffle mix was actually pretty good! The area was kept clean and maintained by staff.

It's hard to say what I didn't like as it was exactly as I expected it to be based on the reviews! I would definitely stay here again. The area was quiet, and I was not too worried about security. I did not use the pool area so I cannot comment on it but it looked clean and well maintained.

The only issue I had was trying to get something to eat. I was told several different times that the breakfast would be even though it was just a grab and go. I ended up having to get in my car and go downtown after several attempts to get breakfast After 6 o’clock in the morning several times.

We were on the 3rd floor, the elevator was broken so we had to carry everything 3 flights of stairs. The bathroom light didn’t work and it was broken. The room smelt bad. We were going to stay another night but after seeing the room we decided not too.
