  The most disgusting and unbelievably dirty and under equipped hotel room.

  They don’t offer blankets, just a mattress liner. The walls looked like the office of a dirty mechanic shop with black stain on every wall. A non functioning tv, and a half broken half hanging curtain. The floors are coming apart. The walls have pieces of border coming off. While I was requesting a refund I was asked to wait while they took care of another guest and he had the same issue. As he stated; “my room looks like a crack house!” He also requested a refund.

  Extremely dark when we entered the lobby. Staff was not friendly and despite the fact they had Waters sitting on the counter behind the desk, they were not offered until we ask specifically for a water on our way out. Were old and pillows were polyester and lumpy. Tiny shampoo and conditioner were not good quality.

  How all doors needed a key card to get into building

  The housekeeping was horrible!!! The mattress cover had crusty poop stain that were hard to miss when sheets were changed. The floor turned our feet black so we cleaned them ourselves. Took 5 minutes to clean the floor not hard to do as a house keeper

  The towels were stained, extremely soiled. The sheets are very old and dingy with a variety of stains, as well as the pillows. The pillow cases did not look fresh at all. There was a VERY strong odor of cheap room deodorizer that permeated the room for hours. Very ugly furniture. Also, the sink was dirty. This cost me way over $150.00.
