  I like the cleanliness the breakfast gym and pool and wifi connect All of the staff was very friendly except 1 lady who was very short and seemed stressed and not happy. She was the lady that checked me I'm both times. I hope she's feeling better. Her shortness made me feel not welcome. Plus someone was smoking pot in the parking lot and made the whole place smell of pot. Literally nauseating. When I came in choking she said well at least she's smoking it in the parking lot??? 218 light was flickering in the shower.

  The room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. I loved everything about the room. Breakfast was great, i really enjoyed the breakfast and everything was sooo clean. The night staff was awesome!!! Location was great!!!

  Elevator was out of oder and everybody had to take the stairs upon checkout. Mind you, the hotel has about 5 floors. Thank God we were on the 2nd floor. Also, i put my card on file for parking in which I was very disappointed about because I had no knowledge of having to pay $10 p/d for parking after paying $500 for the room for the wknd. Then they charge my card $71 when it should have only been $20. It took 10 days & 6 phone calls to get my money put back on my card. Also, the daytime staff is not very welcoming at all. The icemaker on the 2nd floor was also broke so we had to go to another floor to get ice. Just too many issues.This was just to name a few.
