The property nestled in those beautiful trees, and the peaceful setting was just what we needed during our hectic move. The hotel Decor is beautiful, and the staff were very accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say could be better would be to offer a continental breakfast. There are some breakfast restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but the line and wait to get into them is sometimes pretty long.

It's conveniently located and parking is ample. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby the whole time which is nice.

You can hear the guests' footsteps from the room above ours. Also, the standing shower wasn't cleaned well. The breakfast starts at 6AM but most of the food were actually not ready by 6AM. Also, the hot food (eggs, bacon, sausages) were not refilled in a timely manner, some guests had to wait.

Out of the hotels control but small children jumping in the spa/hot tub using it like a pool,making it hard to relax. In past experiences small children are normally not allowed in the spa and there's signage indicating such.

I asked for a late check out. After returning to the hotel all my this were taken out of the room except for the two suitcases I put in the trunk. My daughter’s computer charger, hair supplies, hard drive , lotions etc. When I went to ask the maids where were our belongings they alleged they didn’t have it 5 mins later I received my daughter’s blanket, our pillow cases, my hat all rolled up. That’s was all that was returned.
