- “Beautiful hotel with little shops to buy souvenirs or snacks. The minute we arrived the hostess was extremely nice and able to answer all our questions. I reserved a room with a view and I got the best view of both falls...loved it - my husband took a picture of me enjoying the view! The last morning we ordered room service...a first for us. It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

Gave me a dirty room, has to wait for new one. Breakfast consisted of bread slices and juice. Nothing else was served. Most people eating were grabbing multiple slices of bread and eating cold due to only one toaster. Disappointing.
