Every time I go to Zion, I go to Bumbleberry Inn. Everyone is super nice, helpful, warm, and welcoming, and the value you get is definitely worth it. Every room has a beautiful view of Zion, and the breakfast that's included is hearty and delicious. I will always book Bumbleberry Inn when I am back again.

It was a relatively cheap place to stay. Penny's Diner had awesome servers and good breakfast, though it has nothing to do with the hotel.

The garbage in our room was full and hadn't been taken out by cleaning staff. Full as in boxes and cans, bursting full. The toilet didn't stop running, so we had to turn off the water valve to sleep. We both sat on the edge of the bed (we're skinny and weigh less than 300lb together) and the other side lifted fully off the ground, almost flipped the bed frame. The outlet the bedside lamp was plugged into didn't work. Room was stuffy and hot, which they knew because there was only a top sheet on the bed, no quilt or comforter. But the low setting on the ac made it too cold. One pillow was too firm and the other was too flat, so we didn't sleep well. We left early the next day, neither of us wanting to shower (only a cheap shampooing conditioner and the bar of hand soap was provided), and the cleaning man down the hall SHOUTED at 6am "hey which room were you in?!". When I asked for a receipt at the end from reception, it took two people to figure out how to access and print one.

The place was rundown. Needs a total face lift. Outside was filthy with debris and leaves. Looks like they attempted to clean it up but lefts all the dirt and leaves under the stairwell.

The location is okay for a last minute trip. The staff are very kind.

It seemed cleaned but there were places in the bathroom where there was mold and the shower didn’t close properly so water kept spilling out. There was also a roach in our room.

Room wasn’t filthy but wasn’t clean. Fan and ceiling had dust . Finger prints on walls. Computer chair was broken and missing arm. One light for bed was missing the cover. Previous guest must of had pet that chewed the molding and left paw prints on walls.
