Absolutely perfect location in Downtown Seattle - Space Needle, Pike market and Olympic sculpture park within walking distance, and lots of restaurants in the area. The condo had a small indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Very nice skyline view from the living room.

The check-in process was one of the longest I have ever seen- the place is a fortress and has a veeeeeery long list of rules and the hosts are busy so there is a bit of a waiting time. The check-in guy was extremely kind though. In terms of cleanliness, there were hairs in the bathtub and old leftover chicken in the fridge, eww. We had booked for 4 people, but there were only 2 pillows. I contacted the Vacasa customer service, they said they would get 2 pillows delivered but the never came. Also, the place had just about the minimum required to host 4 people (4 forks, 3 spoons, etc but only 1 bowl, 3 plates, 2 pillows, 3 towels, no dining table...). And finally... the washing machine didn't work correctly. All in all, sold as a luxury experience but clearly isn't (at least not for 4 persons, it's probably better with 2), which is disappointing for the price.

The hotel was clean. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the inside was very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The price was extremely reasonable for this hotel.

Nothing about the property. It was a little difficult to get to coming into it because I had to cross 3 or 4 lanes of traffic as soon as I came off the exit ramp.

Hotel-Style, so easy to move stuff in/out of room. Comfortable and clean room/bed/pillows. Fridge and freezer compartment. Well maintained pool area. Well maintained parking area.

Some furniture is old and should be thrown out (like the desk chair).wifi disconnects frequently. Nobody at or near the reception when arriving. When receptionist (she said she is owner) finally showed up she was unfriendly and grumpy. Only hand soap provided, not enough for a shower. Breakfast was crap. Ice machine in reception only - may be a bit of a walk to for some of the rooms.

Breakfast is simple but reasonable variety. Friendly staff. I like the location and have stayed before but the only way to sleep is to get a room on the back side of the hotel.

Building a hotel on a major highway without secondary glazing is a sure way to ensure customers get a bad night's sleep. Perhaps the investment in "Sweet Dreams" signage could have been better spent! None of the drinks vending machines worked. Admittedly the hotel is near a gas station, but not a great option for two women to go to late at night.

Rooms were outdated. Paint chipping throughout the room. Originally I thought they were renovating with the construction but was informed it was for a new office. They should update the paint flooring and bed fixtures in the rooms. First room had water damage to the flooring and chipped paint. One tv to the two rooms separated by the bathroom. Asked for a new room. New one didn't have the water damage but still chipped paint on bed fixtures. Had 2 tvs in 2nd room so I didn't ask for another, just informed the front desk so we didn't lose our deposit for damage that already existed in the room.
