  This was a great value for the location! We were on the beach and directly across from us were 2 restaurants. Such a convenient place! Clean and comfortable. Affie at the front desk was so wonderful! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

  We had a storm and some water came into the room from the balcony door. Handles also needed tightened on outside room doors.

  It is a small old hotel. Very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and comfy. Staff is very friendly. They even offer beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for free. Mini coffee bar and computers are available 24/7.

  I like the hotel’s location. So close to everything, it’s great. Staff is immediately helpful and kind. Self-Check in was a breeze. Housekeeping was kind.

  Overall it felt a bit dingy for the price. I think the premium king rooms are small. Not sure of the benefit of the restroom being set up like that either. Linens felt dirty.

  Very old dated rooms and hallways. TV didn't work almost the entire stay, had a very dirty & nasty towel folded up in the bathroom. The bed wasn't comfortable, wore out. Breakfast they ran out of waffle batter and was the holiday weekend so they didn't get anymore before I checked out. The juice machines were turned off during breakfast. I think Motel 6 would have been nicer!
