There was no bathmat for the tub and the tub was very slippery. I had to call front desk on my cellphone to have someone check the phone. No dial tone. It had been unplugged. Most unpleasant for me was the fact that I had contacted the hotel at the time of booking asking about a tub. They never responded. When I got there I had a room with a shower. It took time off my stay to have to change rooms to have a bathtub. That could have been avoided if the hotel had checked their emails I had looked at the hotel previously and the manager gave me a tour. It all seemed fine until I actually booked a room.... The front desk person was very nice.

We loved everything except for the main thing we got the room for and that was the hot tub extremely disappointed with it.

The towel hanger in the bathroom was loosely falling off, one of the bed mattresses had stains on the sheets and mattress. It was obvious that the previous sheets had not been changed because there was hair left on it. One last thing, there was an issue with the shower temperature not maintaining hot. Throughout the shower it would go from hot water to cold. Leaving me to have the nob turned all the way to Hot. But even that barely worked.

Paying full price I expected a full room. We were placed in a room directly next to the access for the pool where you could see clearly through our windows so any type of view was a lie in the description. Our room was also a conjoined room with a locked door so I could hear EVERYTHING our neighbor did… yes everything. Mind you the hotel was EMPTY. The staff was kind enough to put us there so I’ll be kind enough to say the staff was NOT very good. I would have asked for money back or a change in room but there was never anyone around and certainly no one willing to help. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Book elsewhere.

Room had mites on the bed. I have never had a hotel or motel not print out a receipt, they refused to print out a receipt. Front desk is rude. They do not return the deposit and do not follow their own business policies stated.
