I like that it was close to all the tourist attractions and meeting points, the bath towels were good, the reception has a good variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate which was most welcome, the room was always neat and clean after a full day of touring and fridge in the room was great. The price even though very expensive was less that the other hotels in the area.

No kettle in the rooms to have tea and relax in the mornings and evenings, the bed is too soft that you sink into it, the room is too tiny for even just one person's one suitcase and 2 small hand luggage, the hot water only comes after 5 minutes of running the shower, the 2 staff were rude when asked for directions to get to certain places, I asked the staff if they could warm my food leftover from the day before as breakfast was not available and they said they dont even have a microwave on the premises to warm the staff food which is very sad. The view was just of the wall across the road and lots of noise as the city never sleeps!

The breakfast. Not really any selection; messy; condiments not available or needed to be requested; appliances didn’t work (toaster and waffle maker). Other La Quinta locations offer eggs and some sausage or bacon, but not available here. So breakfast was lacking as well as overall appearance/care

Facility was crowded and valet took very long time due to 3 events booked the same night. Pool and hot tub were closed. Internet down. We were put in a room adjoining an unknown party who had their television on high volume all night. We called for support and the staff did not resolve the issue.

Lots of road noise. I woke up several times during the night because of loud noises outside. For $300 a night, it should be more insulated. The hot tub was empty.
