When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

Great location near the Square. Excellent mattress. Fun theme concept. Very friendly staff. Parking on the property was available without reservation because not a football or event weekend. Great restaurants nearby so didn't have a chance to eat in the hotel restaurant.

Ate breakfast in the little coffee/snacks area in the lobby. The girls behind the counter were the only unfriendly people working there.

Nothing against the people, I just felt like I got ripped off. This place was NOT worth the $250 a night. The pictures are NOT what we got.

Paid pet fee but not able to bring dogs out to the grass area. Weird door in our room that had a padlock on it, the door opened about an inch into another room that they used for storage? Very strange and unsafe feeling. Room wasn’t very clean and all work done in the rooms were very poorly done. Felt like a super low rent apartment turned into a hotel room. Owners live on the property and enforce rules. Plus handyman guys doing work around the property and making loud noises.

Location was outstanding. Other facilities were convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No real lobby area to sit; rooms were small; areas behind the hotel on the side opposite the lobby were a bit sketchy, landscaping could have been better.

Very very close to Times Square. There's a variety of eateries to visit. Chic and pretty.

The parking garage they refer you to at Rockefeller Center is $72 a day and the attendants cram cars into there to the extent that you have to leave your keys and they have to get your car for you because it's probably blocked in by 80 other cars. The rooms are much much smaller than the pictures make them seem. My dorm in college was much bigger than the room. You get a queen bed and the restroom and shower are basically little corners in the room, so your floor will constantly be wet. No closet. What would be a desk or table is basically right up against the end of the bed so the person sleeping closest to the window has to turn their body. Walls thin. Rooms are separated by a door. IDK what kind of issue the people in the room next to us were going through but we could hear it. Nothing spectacular at the rate we were charged.

The convenience of the cruise port and its proximity to food, fuel, and the interstate.

The breakfast buffet was a little lacking in both choice and amounts available, but it was fine for my taste. The rest of the family skipped it.

Dirty sofa and chairs. Popcorn on floor and in sofa from previous guest. Needs better housekeeping and clean living room furnishings. Mattresses were sagging and need replaced
