The unit was very nice and clean. Beautiful decor. Beach access and pool very close. Beach access has a very nice wash off station. Pool is very nice and has multiple shaded areas to set under as well. Complex is gated and very well maintained. The gentleman at the gate was absolutely the nicest guy and he would make his rounds a couple times a day to check on everything. Great experience and plan to visit again.

The walls are thin. Loved being on the first floor but it seems you can hear everything going on above you or outside the unit on the stairs. The unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer but the complex does have a laundry room available.

Location is quite good, close to the Delta Blues museum, Blues Alley, and Hambone bar. Prices were inexpensive, and facilities were not crowded.

Facility is listed as having EV charging available; this turned out to be (L1) trickle charging from a standard wall-socket which was prone to overheating. Several lights were burned out. Everything felt like the hotel had pinched pennies.

It was a very neat hotel and overall pretty clean and up to date. Excellent breakfast! Very spacious rooms.

Hotel was a little tricky to get to depending on which direction you are coming from on the highway. The pool could use a little cleaning and our pull out couch bed had not been changed or swept off. We didn’t have enough towels and the staff were a little slow at getting them to us.

The staff was very nice.

There were small cockroaches walking on the walls, the air conditioning was full of dust that had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. Also, since the hotel faces the street, there are a lot of strange and suspicious people that are non guests, walking in the parking lot smoking marijuana, my family and I didn’t feel safe. The hallways were dirty and had a musty smell.

Our room shower floor was filthy we could not even take a shower. After a long hot day we went to bed nasty. They did change our room. Offered a discount on our next stay. I feel should have been coped our room. Oh well. We stayed 2 nights.
