Good Location = access to Shands hospital. Rooms nicely restored for bargain hotel. Clean bath + clean room of good size. Microwave, frig and TV all worked well. Internet was good. Felt safe and was quiet. Management onsite and they stay on top of things.

Lobby has minimal service. Sometimes nobody at desk. No Coffee or mini breakfast in Lobby. There is a small coffee machine in rooms with brew. Parking a little tight, but sufficient. No Elevator, need outside stairs to room for second floor. Elderly take note.

The layout of the property was great. 4 bunk beds in one room, 2 full size beds in another, and a king in the other. Everything needed was included with the property.

Cleanliness - floor was covered in bugs and made our feet black (ever after we asked to come clean again). These little worm-like bugs were continuously found throughout the floors (dead) and I stepped on them at night… the door code was changed our last full day at the resort, which just resulted in having to call the office. Only took 5 minutes to resolve, but just something don’t want to deal with. Finally, the AC thermostat wasn’t working the first 3 nights we were there, but it took us those 3 nights to figure it out. It was immediately replaced once we notified the office, just something that made the stay uncomfortable.

The perfect location to walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Dated, there was an inch gap at the top of our main door so we asked to switch rooms. The doors to the patio were filthy, loud (work going on in other rooms by maintenance), ripped couch, I know they can't help it but it smelled of pot throughout the hotel, the pool water was extremely cloudy, just not worth $300+ a night

There was no place to sit and have a meal as a family. The smart television did not work appropriately. We could not sign into any apps and had to use our IPad to watch television.
