Will stay at no other place other than the Scarlet Pearl from now on when we go to biloxi. My wife, fell in the bathroom, and broke her hip. She was taken to a hospital in Biloxi and had surgery that very night. I got a personal call from the CEO of scarlet Pearl telling me that don't worry about checking out stay as long as needed until she is well enough to go back home. She also said that any meals will be comped. She also sent an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement to my wife in the hospital. We are going to have to go to rehab for a week before she can go back home, and we are still getting a free room and food credit. I could never have expected a better outcome.

It’s very spacious and a beautiful home. The location is in a really nice place, love the peacefulness and quietness in the area. Love that it has a pool. It has three bedrooms enough space to accommodate your family.

Well firstly I was very disappointed that on our arrival at the place, the home was very dirty!! Our checking time was for 4pm but my family and I didn’t arrived until til after 7pm. Even though we came in late they didn’t had anyone to clean the home, the beds wasn’t make with no clean bedding, all the towels was place on the floor in the laundry room, floor was dirty with marks n dirty on it, bathroom showers was filthy and the toilet bowls, the refrigerator was dirty the bedding sheets and blanket was not washed!! I don’t know because of the last set of guest was in the home if they didn’t kept doors close because a lot of flies was flying around in the house. The tablets wasn’t wipe down, and there isn’t no type of entrainment games in the home for the kids, like a ping pong table or a pool table or something!! Like most house nowadays, has those game tables in the garage area! I called the property manager and the send 1 lady over to clean the whole house but it had inconveniences us all because after flying and traveling all day we all was tired and so drain all everyone wanted to do was take a shower and head to our beds, but unfortunately we couldn’t, because we had to sit up in the front room area and wait while the 1 person cleans and wash all beddings and towels for the home. When the cleaning lady was done with everything it was like quarter to 11pm!! So imagine the stress and inconvenience and uncontrollable state my family and I was in. The first night no one could if go in the pool because it was dirty and needed cleaning. Web decided to go in the pool which was the second night and the water was so hot 🥵😩 it felt like a boiling pot of water on the stove🤦🏽♀️ we couldn’t used it much because the temperature was a bit to hot! I call the manager again to asked to please heave the temperature turn down on the pool for the next day, I call around 10am and even after 2pm the water still was hot!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet at nighttime which allowed for a good sleep. The mattress was very comfortable as well. FSU is within walking distance as are many great restaurant options.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. I am not sure if Indigo offers a price that includes breakfast or not. Perhaps I missed that option.

Beautiful setting on the shore of Penn Cove. Historic log inn with an inviting wood burning fireplace provided a cozy refuge from the elements. Good restaurant on site for dinner.

Our room was very spartan, not even a chair. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. Lighting was just adequate. No breakfast available at the inn, just a coffee shop with a few bites.
