The rooms have plenty of space, private balconys, and wonderful bathrooms. The breakfast, though on the pricey side, was delicious and was a big helping. I actually recommend one plate and sharing.

For a wonderful facility, I always find it disappointing when hotels don't have restaurants open late. At least stay open until 10p on weekends. Though that is an issue at most places, not just this one. As well, the televisions in the rooms were small and outdated. It was difficult just trying to flip through the channels to see what was on. The quality of both the video and audio were sub-par, so it was difficult trying to relax and watch TV.

Everything about Glenstone is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. Pools stay open super late and they are the perfect temperature. We will continue to return every year.

The property was very nice and clean. The people were very nice. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

It wasn't at all what I expected from the pictures on the website. The buildings look like dorms. it was a little confusing finding the lobby upon arrival. I saw all the pictures on the site but didn't see the buildings. Looked more like a camp than a hotel. The name Crown Plaza doesn't match the property.

Never gave use clean towels unless we asked for them and never took the trash. When we first checked in the linen on the beds was stained and dirty.. When we asked to have the linens changed we were told that they were behind doing the laundry.. One of the cleaning staff stated that we would have to keep the linens. We had to request another room. And then we're told that we could get another room but, laundry issues again. We would not have any clean towels to later in the evening..And no remote for the TV..
