The place is exactly what the pictures look on their website! Absolutely stunning! I love the "experience" of camping thru glamping with the Canvas. This place brought back my high school memories when I joined our school retreat! And my husband really loved it! He said, he would like to book again with under the canvas. 😊 Stuffs are very friendly and knowledgable about their services. free coffee and smores! The glacier west entrance is only 7 min drive. Very convenient.

Although the shared bathrooms are always clean, I still prefer to have my own bathroom in my own tent, ( I know I could have book the tent with the bathroom but I did not, it was a little pricey 😅). Trying to use the bathroom when you wake up from the middle of the night and leaving your tent to go to the bath house was nerve wrecking especially when the only light you have is your phone light 😆 Would not want to do that again! 😆 The place was a little too loud for me to go to sleep. Though they have no control over that, during our stay, you could hear different noises such as train sounds and heard a very loud "emergency" noise sound in the middle of the night which kind of freak us out! Until now I had no idea what that sound was! 😱 Food is not allow inside the tent because they are not trying to give any reasons to animals to come to your tent. cafe menu is good and food is delicious but it is very pricey.

your client walks across a 104 degree parking lot into a lobby with NO A./C !,no fans, 3 people in line one clerk stood there in the HOT lobby 20 minutes the lobby air ducts are dirty the paint job sloppy ( baseboards had big runs and needed a second or 3rd coat , paint on the wall and floor from the baseboards juice machine did not work pool was closed ( it looked to be doing just fine) In the room there were no outlets for chargers or USB ports , CPAPs. I had to pull the bed out to get to the one outlet left for my CPAP and that one did not have a cover

The staff member was rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional. The room was a disgusting mess, walls and linens were stained , there were cockroach bodies in the light fixture and bugs, there was a mouse that was under the fridge thing, dried blood all down the wall in the bathroom, the sinks were filthy and stained with cigarettes, the toilet seat was held together with duct tape. The room was so deplorable and disturbing that I couldn’t imagine that booking. Com represents such a disaster. The rooms are nothing like the pictures advertised.

Dirty lobby…room darkening shade torn and hard to get up and down…dirty mop boards…faulty A/C..no help at desk…broken remote…”bag breakfast” …no security latch on door…locked us out of room and shut off tv 24 hours early
