  Front desk woman was extremely kind, caring, and helpful. My van broke down and had to be towed. This hotel was down the street from the Toyota dealer. It is across the street from Walmart, Panda Express, and other restaurants so it was a great location to be stranded in for a couple of days. I was given a suite room, which enabled me to even do some remote work! There is also a small gym, a pool and small jacuzzi, laundry facilities, and a very good breakfast also at this location. Saw several pets, but hotel is super clean and very pleasant stay.

  I loved the pool view, and the inside of the hotel was so nice, definitely did not expect the room to be this nice, everything was nice and clean, the internet was fast, and the restaurant next to the hotel was so nice, we got a 10% discount for staying at the hotel, I definitely feel this is gonna be a holy grail stay of mine while I'm in the bay!!

  This property is a gem. It was cozy, very clean and had everything you would need for a stay. The creek, just behind the house, was running strong and was a beautiful sound to sleep by. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day in Yosemite park. The price was an extra bonus. We would stay here again without a second thought.

  The only thing I might say I would like better is if the jets in the hot tub worked a little stronger. But they sufficed.

  Property was clean and the staff was pretty welcoming considering we arrived so late in the evening. The room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations were great too. And the views were pretty neat, even just of the freeway.

  Being a pet-friendly hotel, it would be nice if the exterior grounds were well kept with maybe a few more trash cans and less spiky palms everywhere on the ground. Additionally, it would be great if the restaurant had just a few more menu items.

  The guest coordinator went out of her way to get us a room though they didn't have our reservation. According to them it was your fault. They claim you never sent it to them.

  When we got to the hotel they didn't have our reservation. They had no record of you sending them the booking. After a half hour, the guest coordinator was able to find us a room. We use you for all our travel but we're going to have to rethink that after this.

  Our first night there, we didn’t notice the carpet was wet until the middle of the night when we had no shoes on and had to request to be placed in another room. The staff was very accommodating and moved us into another room. Thank you!
