The best was our host... Great information to local restaurants within reasonable walk. A couple of great pizza places as well as a nice ice cream parlor. Very nice neighborhood, quiet. Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Everyone was pleasant. The area is nice and quiet. The room was clean. We booked this hotel The same day to visit the North Carolina Highlands. It was about 40 minutes but the drive was so worth it! And this hotel price can't be beat.

  The staff was very friendly and I am sure they do the best they can but it seems like management has abandoned the place. pet friendly and small pet fee.

  The room was cleaned but they used too much Fabuloso or whatever they used to clean and we could not get rid of the smell. We barely slept, we felt nauseated and got a headache from it. The common areas were dirty. The pool was dirty as well and tiny. The coffee in the morning was ice cold. The restaurant was closed (it was not mentioned in the booking). Sad. At least start charging people less money for what you offer.

  I liked the layout of the space and the location. Check-in was easy and quick.

  I called the day before to see if I could get a late check out, and the man on the phone was very dismissive, said that the latest he could do was 12:30pm (regular check out is 12pm). I asked him to go ahead and extend it to 12:30, but he did not. The cleaners showed up at 12 p.m., stating that they did not have my room down as a late checkout.

  The location was beautiful.....the bed was very comfortable

  The bathroom was very very small....the only table was marked up paint cracking...few holes in the wall from where either old pics was or missing pics....I thought it was a view of the water but it wasn't.....I guess the cleaners left dirty was cloth in sink..... no trash bags only yeah can was like bathroom trash can that held nothing hardly.....no broom to clean the floor thru out my stay.....

  a hot tub was advertised, one of the reasons i picked this hotel. however, it was not working and i was not notified ahead of time. Other hotels i have stayed at called me and let me know before my stay. also, i fully inteded on a pet deposit but they said it was $75 and then charged me $150, even the contract for the pet was different than what i was charged

  I got there and they didn't have my room. There was people in the room next to me and in the hallway screaming. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and they claimed they were under construction and they didn't have that. I didn't get a refund or money back. There was no wifi and no TV! Completely horrible!!
