  Upon arriving the machine that makes keys wasn't working so I didn't get a key til the next day after I had to ask for Coffee maker had coffee packets in the water well and I had to flush it out 3 times so that it could be used. No pillows,no towels,no ice bucket,no shower curtain. The light by the bed was not working til I spent 30 minutes fixing it but had to leave it on. Shutting off I had to refix the bulb. The lamp on the table by the TV had no place to plug cord in as the receptacles were all in use. No chair or luggage rack to put suitcase on. The door had to be fixed to shut. The floor was disgustingly filthy. The bottom bed sheet was not tucked in and was on the filthy floor.I took a picture of my socks if I am able I will send it. I had stayed a week.prior in a roll in shower handicap accessible room and was told that was what I would have on this stayl. I am soon going to be 85 years old and have major pain issues. Had knee surgery and Cannot get in tub therefore after a 6 hour drive I could not take a shower. I was told I might get to move. However after an hour of waiting to find outI brought all my things in, I put on a nightgown and layed down. I Could Not possibly move then All in all this was Totally unacceptable and should be refunded.

  Lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Didn't care for people placing their trash in the hallway, like really they don't have a trash shoot at the end of the hall.
