The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Spacious and clean. Seamless check-in / check-out process. Suitable for our family’s mini vacation.

Hot tub was uncovered, so there were small insects inside (we removed ourselves). Refrigerator was not the coldest (luckily we brought a cooler with us).

The beach was right next to the hotel so very convenient and the rooms were cozy and clean.

The only complaint I have was they didn’t change the bed sheets everyday but other than that it was nice.

I don't like how they put a hole on your credit card and it takes forever to get your money put back up there but I haven't got mine yet and it's been 9 hours since I checked out

First off all: the rooms are not at all soundproof. We could hear all that was said in the hallway and in the rooms next to us and all that was done above us (all night long...). This hotel seems to have its walls made of cardboard. Not what I would expect, as it seems to be a recent build. Other disappointing issues: toilet clogged, molt in shower, no soap in the bathroom, pool heating broken (sorry, you are welcome to swim, but the water is just freezing cold), airco in room broken, long lines for breakfast and dirty breakfast area, no cups at coffee maker in the room, no cups at water dispenser. In general, it seems like the management does not care too much about service or hospitality. The housekeeping and breakfast staff are working hard, and they try to do a good job, but 2 people to do breakfast? Take orders, clean tables, make the orders, clean the dishes; it is just too much. The guys behind the check-in desk nearby did not step in for a second. One sat jawning at his desk. Seemed to be having the 'not in my job description' mentality. For a Marriott hotel (price per night $500,- for a 2nd floor King room), it was very disappointing.

One bed in our room you could feel the springs in, the comforter on the bed had a big rip in it. The shower smelled like urine. They must be remodeling because all the fire alarms had plastic bags over them. The pool area was very dirty, people were vaping in the pool area. The door to the pool was broken as well. Breakfast was very plain for the price you pay to stay here.

The location
Negative section of review
Advertised as a 3 o’clock checkin. We arrived at 4 and were told our room was still not ready. Ive stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is the first time that has happened. And the front desk attendant offered no type of apology and acted as if it’s normal that rooms are not ready on time. The room setup is not ideal. No bathroom privacy. Stains on bedding.
