Friendly front desk staff. Apt in the Hotel, which has a kitchen , 2 "bedroom ", good for family but not for friends, room has no door!

We check out about 8:30 in morning, front desk still not open yet, so can't get invoices, one guy who working for hotel took the keys and said invoice will send by email later, but never came

i was on my flight on my way to florida and the property canceled my stay!! i get to the hotel and they said they tried to charge my card and they couldn’t so they canceled my room but i was told i could pay at the property. they said that it was policy that they can just cancel the room but they didn’t even reach out to me as well. they than tried to put me in a king suite which was going to cost me way more. when i asked for the same room i had booked they didn’t have anymore available so they had to put me in a double queen room which still cost me more than the room i originally booked. the guy at the front desk was trying to help but he had to listen to what his manager was telling him to do since the manager was the one who canceled my room. the room they put me in was ok it was somewhat clean, the ac has a mildew smell, the tv had a line straight down the middle and the bathroom drain in the shower didn’t stay up, my boyfriend had to put a water bottle cap for it to stay up. there was many people also sleeping in the parking lot in their cars and there would be people sitting in the stair cases. the place had a rotten smell as well.
