  The pool was nice. Staff was nice. Laundry facility was clean.

  No kitchen supplies at all. Had to buy our own cups etc. was only able to get one pan & 2 plates & a lil silverware from the front desk. The room appeared clean but smelled horrible & the carpet was filthy, had a lot of hairs, maybe pet hairs?. Also, there were some other things wrong w the room. See pictures. Wish I hadn't paid so much for it as it wasn't worth the money.

  I specifically looked for and booked a room with a kitchen and ended up with a mini fridge and microwave. This did not match pictures or description given in the listing. I let the office know and was told they couldn’t do anything. I came planning to save some money by making snacks and meals in our room for myself and my daughter and was not able to do that.

  We were only in the room for 30 minutes and decided to check out. We didn't feel safe in the hotel and definitely in the room. It was not very clean. The door locks were broken off. The room was beyond tiny. I lost out on $100 because they wouldn't refund that amount.

  We were downgraded because a maintenance issue with the room we booked. Our new room was right next to an exit door. It was noisy at night. We should get a refund.
