  A LOT of traffic( drugs and prostitutes) hanging out in front of the rooms day and night but real bad at night ...but I guess that's everywhere idk. It's location for sure.

  This hotel was filthy and had a stale cigarette smell through the building that was disgusting. The room was ok but we had to wipe everything down and lysol. Floors, especially in the hallways, seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Inside of fridge clean but outside looks like it's never been touched. (I didn't see any room service at all through my 3 night stay) Burn marks on counters and sink.

  The service was awful. I was given a key to a room that already was occupied with a family. When I opened the door I scared them I was so embarrassed. When I went to address the issue and get a new room the attendant didn't bother apologize for the accident just gave me a different room. I was so dissatisfied with the lack of ownership for his mistake.

  There was a cricket sleeping on the pillow on the bed next to mine. The printer doesn't work at the front desk and neither does their internet so they were unable to send me a receipt for my stay. I need it to file an expense report for work and they would not give it to me. I still don't have a final receipt.
