Such an adorable house... hot tub and back yard were great. Most comfortable bed I've slept in on the road! We really enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer!

Shower was a little difficult to get right. Either it got a little hot or a little cold. We ended up finding a cover for someone's nipple under the dresser.

the bedspread had a huge stain on it. looked like maybe a big dirty footprint from someone standing on the bed but it made us question the cleanliness of the room if such a huge and obvious stain was the first thing we noticed. we didn’t complain or call it to anyones attention because it was already hard to find a room at the last minute but it was disappointing to say we had spent 3x what we usually pay only because it was a last minute booking

There were dead mosquitos, live mosquitos, dead bugs on the ground, dead bugs in the bed, the AC was resting on a wooden pallet that looked super trashy, and the AC didn't even work it was set on 68 but felt like 75. The floor was super dirty like it hadn't been swept or mopped after weeks, the toilet had stains on it and needless to say we were up all night my son got bit by a mosquito, I was constantly paranoid a bug was crawling on me, and my dog was up all night shaking off to keep the mosquitos off him. I told the office staff the next morning and informed them we were checking out early, and they said we'd get a refund. I still got charged for the complete stay, have not seen a refund yet. Also the pool was super cloudy, would not have gotten in there.

Room opened out to a dumpster that was cleaning out/ renovating other rooms. I was warned that renovations were taking place, but as a returning customer I will take that into consideration if/when I travel to that location next time.

The bathroom had mold all around the bathroom ceiling, someone attempted to paint over. Photos online are misleading, it didn’t even have bedrooms in a 2 room suite. One of the beds had a leaning leg(broken). The mattresses were terrible, floors were so dirty my kids socks were black.
