The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. It was a large group that dirtied all of it. Nice location, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice amenities if they were unoccupied

We had a group of people set up a game of cornhole under our window screaming late into the night. This was a romantic getaway. All the amenities (cookies as an example) were pretty much eaten up by the soccer party that was there. They occupied all of the common areas, the pool, the gameroom, trashed the elevators etc.... We weren't able to use the pool, hot tub, gameroom or common area and breakfast was as you can imagine, torn up by a huge group of kids and soccer parents. It was not the romantic getaway we wanted as it was too loud to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The location is close to freeway access and everything we needed to get to. The overnight manager (?) Dana was extremely kind and helpful to the best of her ability.

Our room was filthy, the bed my son slept on (on top of the blankets) had stains and human hair all over the sheets. Dust on everything, the counters etc had not been cleaned. If we had not driven 15 hours and there was ANY other option nearby we would have left. Housekeeping doesn’t come in until 10 or 11, the day shift manager cut me off when I went to ask him to please make sure our room is cleaned with new bedding. When we returned it was very late and while the room itself was cleaned but the bedding was not replaced. Again, If we didn’t have such a quick turnaround and with no other options, we would’ve left for a new hotel.

NOTHING. it was horrible stay and probably the worst stay I`ve ever had.

The hotel was very dirty. the room stinks so bad that I had to request to move to a different one, carpet was so dirty to walk on with bare feet. no cooking wear in the kitchenette, no sliver wear. to have something, I`d have to go downstairs ask for every single piece I`d use. Johnny asked for a good review for the fact he let me check in at 1:00 pm instead of 3:00. He also gave me misleading info saying if I want to change my booking, I might end up paying more than original charge because the rate changes daily. I ended up changing the room to less stinky one but still smells bad. the front desk did not change my room immediately saying they are fully booked with an attitude. then she checked herself, offered another room. there was body hair on the bed. the lighting in the room and the hallway was very dark. the cabinet handles were greasy. the phone did not work. fake advertising. definitely not coming back and I do not recommend.

I booked the 3 bedroom apartment for the trip with my 5 children. Upon arrival the room was 80 degrees. I notified the front desk, they sent maintenance up and they tried to tell me the ac system just needed time to cool it down. After about an hour there was no change. They gave us a portable unit that needed to be filled with ice every hour and it never cooled the room under 77 degrees. Worthless. They also had young kids smoking marijuana in the upstairs hallway which wasn’t vented. Part of the drywall on the ceiling fell down in the hallway while we were there and there was black mold visible. Just unacceptable all around.
