The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Austin. The art displayed is very modern goes with the hotel theme. Loved the way we can control the temp, lighting and the curtains all on the iPad. The room was a good size for 2 people. It's small comapred to most places but not bad considering the rooms looks amazing with the color changing lights.

We picked the wrong view to our room as we wanted to look towards the city. The courtyard was underwhelming but not much you can do there. The content connection was not working on our end but that could have been our phones not sure but not a huge deal.

Steven at the front desk probably would have told someone to Google the layout map of the hotel for a guest to find the way out of the hotel during an active fire. He was astonishingly unhelpful. Not just to me when I was trying to check in, but also to the two different people who walked up to us and asked very reasonable questions. All three of us were to told to Google it ourselves, including my issue with him not being able to find our reservation. After standing there approx 15 min making him be on hold with me and assist me, he finally gave up and really looked in his system and lol and behold actually find our rezzie. One other person was asking about the surrounding area and he was told to Google it and another guest was asking about internet/computer access and if there was a library nearby. Steven said…. You guessed it! ‘google it.’ Also would have been nice if room was cooled when we checked in. Windows were open but it was a warm afternoon!

Clean room with an amazing view if you have top floor. Bottom floor rooms have the view blocked by a huge sand dune.

The coffee was not very good. Would have been better with more sugar and cream available in the room. Beds are very firm.

Location was perfect, which was very important. We liked that it included breakfast, wifi, and parking
Negative section of review
The A/C did not get the room cold enough, even at night, so we did not sleep well the first night. The bed was not very comfortable. There was a small sugar ant infestation throughout the room. Breakfast was quite limited, the line for waffles was prohibitively long but the other options were very minimal. The banana I got was so green that it wasn't edible yet.
