We loved the friendly atmosphere as well as the location on the river. Pet friendly plenty of room for dog to play and enjoy the river on leash. Watching the tubers from the swings and meeting new friends was entertaining as well as relaxing. Breakfast and coffee was also a plus. Not having to rush out. Ms. Laurie and the entire staff was kind and uplifting as well. It was a little walk to places but so worth the relaxation.

We had a little issue with the sink, but it was addressed and repaired within 30 minutes. So really no complaint.

The location overall was great as it was a six-hour drive from where we live. The main thing that my sister and I enjoyed was the interactions with the dealers. Michelle was excellent and kept the entertainment enjoyable, even when we were losing money. Also, we have never been disappointed with the food served at Binion's.

My sister and I enjoy having early breakfast. For us, there were no options for early breakfast at this Horsehoe as NOTHING was open. Then when we did go to Guy Fieri's restaurant, the breakfast was horrible with the potatoes hard and greasy and the sausage so spicy hot we could not eat it. In addition, be aware that if you ask a casino host for a meal comp and you happen to be winning at that time, you will be informed that you are not eligible, even though we had both played for hours at slots and table games. It's like, be a loser and we will feel sorry for you and feed you. Be a winner and you are on your own. Tunica Horseshoe is definitely not LAS VEGAS where even winners are treated with dignity and respect.

Food is ok though it’s the same everyday but there are options. Place is clean, our room where we stayed smells fresh, clean, bath towels are clean. Hotel parking os $20/night + tax. The hotel is a couple miles from downtown + traffic congestion. But we had our car so it’s not difficult for us to drive around the city.

This hotel is one of my favorites. Always clean, easy check in and plenty of parking, and the location is perfect.

It was a little frustrating that the next room had a dog who had been whinning from 7:30 pm well past midnight. I had a dog with me, who was as exhausted as I was, and we had plans to check out by 5am. We got very little rest. More so, the person who had the dog left the poop bag outside their room. It was a first. I still will come again, but it was a little disappointing

Shower/bathroom trailer needs improvement. We were told there were 2 trailers to accommodate ~20 tents but info was later updated to state only 1 trailer was available and a second was being constructed. Well, that 2nd trailer is weeks from being completed; it is a concrete pad. In addition, the 1 that is operational was having the deck rebuilt the 3 days were there. Ok, great to see improvement but navigating the construction zone was cumbersome at times. To compensate for the bathroom trailer situation we were told we would receive a 20% discount on our 2 night stay. It has been 2 weeks since we checked out and I have followed up 3 times via message asking for a status update. Each time the answer was “we ask for your patience”. I do not believe the offer of discount was serious nor is it forthcoming. Don’t offer something you have no intention to provide! In addition, the check in process was very bumpy! We were not told our tent number and the onsite attendant did not have it. (“Didn’t you receive an email?!?!” NO! So we had to call). Said email arrived 30 minutes after 4 pm check in time. There were other minor issues but in summary …This place has potential but is NOT ready for prime time.

Very noisy could get any sleep for loud people and the noisy karts that the staff ues plus we bothe woke up with some type of rash from the bed.
