We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”

      Spacious apartment in a safe location. Received a very detailed method on where to park and how to get to the room, which seems complicated but was very well explained. Rooms were nice and lots of room to keep luggage as well. Good base to use for exploring LA. Lots of nearby places to eat.

      Balcony door wouldn't shut close and I didn't receive a response on this when I mentioned it.

      We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. We didn't like the fact that we had an entry to the room versus entering our room from the inside of the building!

      I didn't like the fact that the price per night practically double because of the event that was going on at the time! I view that as taking advantage of the customers!

      Beds had insects. The front desk lady Tamya wouldn't help with anything and had a terrible attitude! The showers weak & lukewarm. Would go from hot to cold without touching the tap. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Everything was out of order. Very very dirty. For that amount of money it has to be the worst value I've ever seen. I've stayed in many places all over the world and have a background in customer service having worked in restaurants. I was never treated this badly. The main reason for the review is that I forgot my room number and I went to the front desk for help. The room number was under my wife's name to be fair but they would also know that I was staying with her. I offered my ID and she just looked at me and said why don't you call her? I told her that my phone was in the room but here's my identification and she basically refused to help me. My wife has the same last name as me so it shouldn't have been too difficult to figure out. But the front desk person Tamya couldn't even do her basic job. She was extremely obtuse! Refusing my ID she turned me away from the front desk. I was stranded in the lobby and asked one of the food people to check for me who had seen me come down earlier for breakfast with my family. I called and left a message with the assistant manager Janet Sanfilippo but all she did was leave a message two days later apologizing, which doesn't mean much. I called her back to follow up with her and she said it had been handled. When I asked her how it been handled she said she couldn't tell me. Then I asked for the phone number and left a message. Have yet to hear anything. I called corporate to start a file to bring this to their attention but the lady in India that handles the call said it couldn't be escalated any further. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she just refused and hung up the phone.

      The two staff members we spoke with were both very friendly and kind.

      Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I told the person at the front desk, and he was nice about it, but didn’t have another room to put us in since the hotel was full.😞 I do feel we should have been compensated in some way since our room was supposed to be non-smoking.
