It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals. The place is located between Naousa and Parikia and we really liked the fact that we were away from all the noise and people. To get to places, you need a car. We visited in mid June 2024.”

  When a guest at the hotel needed help getting a cab the check in woman told her she should have signed up for the free shuttle. The guest said they arrived late and didn’t know. This was a 78 year old guest. When I heard her being mean to her I went up and ask the check in woman if she could please call her a cab. The check in woman threw a card at me (hitting the floor) of a service the hotel used. It was truly sad to see the treatment this lady received from the staff. We called a cab for her and made sure she was on her way before we left.

  We love Ford's Colony. It is located just a few miles from our grandkids. The rooms are large with all the amenities you need. The staff is nice and helpful. This time we used the pools with our grandkids and played some games on the grounds. The beds are comfy and we always have a great stay.

  They were doing construction work near us so it closed off some of the parking, but it was not a big distraction.

  Rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is nice. The hot breakfast bar is good.

  The website shows 299 ft. from the beach, which is directly across the road. However, the beach is not accessible unless you walk/drive several blocks to the public beach access. Due to this, I'll look for a beach front hotel next time since all those hotels have private beaches.

  Very dirty floor, many burn holes in the sheets and thin top cover(no blanket & non-smoking room), stains on towels and sheets. I had to wipe down all countertops and the nightstands. Room appears to be updated with a full-size refrigerator, but everything should be much much cleaner. Please change the mop water & bleach the linens! And this was the second room that I was in, the first one air conditioner didn’t work and it smelled bad. Absolutely incompetent staff… The overnight clerk beat on my door after 11 o’clock trying to figure out why I was in the room that I just paid for. A picture is worth 1000 words… The toilet has not been cleaned in a long time! Update: Spoke with the Manager “Mike”… He cares just as much as his staff… Not At All!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER!
