  the location was perfect for our trip to the Lake Norman area. It’s quite obvious this hotel is transitioning to new ownership. The front seat attendants were in training and need more. The housekeeper was exceptionally nice and accommodated our needs for more towels and supplies for the room.

  Nice upgraded rooms were better than expected. The rooms were very clean and the price was right plus free parking. There was easy access to many fast food restaurants, Starbucks, and gasoline stations.

  The straight-up staircase was not easy to climb (no elevator) and the staircase railing could use a good cleaning. Other than that, excellent value and free parking.
