The location was convenient for our needs. Bed was also comfortable in the room, and we didn't have a restless night. We enjoyed the pool, it was a really great size. We didn't hear any noises from any neighbors or every outside. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat of the day!

The carpet was full of stains and made the room really outdated, along with the shower. There were some stains in the shower that I had to clean myself. The pillows were also very soft, with no neck support, so I slept without it. Overall, a little more detail in cleaning can go a long way.

The view, the easy beach access, and the pool. The balcony way great, not private but still great. Last night in florida ended wo derfully with a wonderful bed to sleep in as well.

Every staff member we interacted with was rude or dismissive. They were having issues with their credit card reader and none of the cards were getting approved. The staff member (Michael) was rude. I needed to prompt him to try additional cards when he held it up and looked at me and told me "it didn't work". He didn't offer additional options and assumed the issue was w/ me. His facial expression was one of irritation at having to deal with me. After attempting a few cards, I suggested something might be wrong w/ their system. He yelled over his shoulder at a co-worker to ask about it and the coworker confirmed their system was down. He looked at me and said "You knew you weren't broke huh?" he never apologized and just gestured to have a seat and said we'd need to wait to check in until the system was back up. He proceeded to check others in w/o calling me back up to assist me. When I asked if the system was back up, he said yes (with exasperation" and told me to wait in the front of the line and he'd help me next. Once in my room, I attempted to reach the front desk because the wifi wasn't working. I was told I'd get a call back to resolve, but that didn't happen. Later I tried to get a receipt from the front desk to submit my expenses and was told I'd receive it. Then (Jesse?) told they would send to Booking.com but if I didn't get it to call back and they'd email me. When I didn't get it, I called back and another person (no name provided) told me they would send it w/in a 1/2 hour. 2 hours later I called back and was told they can't give it to me directly that I need to go through Booking.com to get it from them. When I explained my past few conversations to the lady on the phone, she told me that's the way it's done, but that if I couldn't get it from Booking.com I should call back and tell her.

room was old and smelly. breakfast was not at all what was advertised. The booking company I believe was aware but mislead our booking anyway. no security. guests arguing in the hall and no one there monitoring the safety of others. outside door locks and room locks were not always working with key cards. the price was about $30 more per night than if booked through the hotel itself. shower water was not working properly. more cold than hot. asked maintenance man in the hallway about the shower problem, said he would look into it, then called front desk and they said no maintenance staff were available. Was specific about pet friendly room when booking and hotel wanted to charge additional once we arrived.
