The beds are comfortable and it was clean. I could have stayed at another, way nicer, hotel with a much lower rate but I liked this location. When I asked the attendant if he would match that lower rate, he refused, stating that there was a baseball game or something and that was just bull.

The digital television only had a few channels working with no interruption. When I called the front desk the first day, they said it was a cable TV issue when they obviously use digital television. I knew I wouldn't be able to get any kind of a partial refund and I didn't want to change rooms so I dealt with it.

The location is great and I got a free drink every day. The room had everything I needed, including AC and a safe. The staff were kind and helpful. They let us keep our bags at the hotel the day after our last night there.

The rooms could use some maintenance (e.g. the bathroom door handle was falling out) and more thorough cleaning - for example the AC unit which was under the shelf was dirty (it's not something you are likely to touch, but still easily noticeable if you look through the grid on the shelf above). The Queen room was a bit small, with barely enough space to spread open two suitcases on the floor to pack, but I suppose that's to be expected given the relatively low price for Times Square.

The beach is private. It has been completely remodeled. All employees are more than helpful. Very family oriented.

The pool are was still under construction. But when you book they email you right away to let you know. But all in all no complaints.

It was a ripoff. I wouldn't have paid $100 nevermind close to $400. Room is clearly an old office. No extra bedding, small Loud AC kept us up. Bright Exit sign above the inside door No inside lock so anyone with a code can come in. Shower pressure was poor terrible. Toilet bubbles when you shower and there's NO LID ON IT! So bacteria spreading everywhere with every flush. No table to put stuff in bathroom which seems silly but definitely don't want to put stuff on floor. Terrible towels. It's small and so scratchy.

No secure space for paying customers. Anyone off the street could and was walking in to pool facilities and using them. Every inch of the property smelled like weed. Members of our party had belongings stolen, and my 11 year old son was physically assaulted at the pool by 19/20 year old women who were at the pool and didnt want to get splashed. He was traumatized and did not want to use the pool rest of our stay. Cops were outside of our room every day for one thing or another

This place was awful. The host was extremely rude and the place was not as described. No towels provided, host is misleading and the description doesn’t match home. Rules are out of date and on our last day, there was construction in the unit above us that started very early. Broken amenities in the unit. It is an empty shell of a place. Do not stay here to maintain your sanity. Instead of offering to drop off towels or make our stay more comfortable, host offered us a refund for the next two days after we arrived at 12 am and did not find ANY towels. We stayed here during a work trip and were busy working thus could not move to another place. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend.
