  We were in Larime a little before 6 we called the site and said we would be a few more hours and the girl we talked to canceled us!! When we got in town, all the doors were locked and we could not get in. We were really upset, had sa very rude girl, I said as sweat road, she acted like she was really offended by that. You guys should really have some people on duty at the hotel all night. We ended up going to Comfort Inn just about 1/2 block down the street. They gave us a good deal and we spent our time there. People were very nice, the full breakfast was very good every morning. Would never tell anyone about in Town Suites. We will always stay at Comfort In when we go back. Linda Martin

  Close proximity to cutest little downtown area for food! The hotel was quiet at night for our stay! Air in room did work well

  A little older/outdated than pictures seemed but overall worthy. Not a lot to choose from in that area . Bathroom super small and breakfast was fair-coffee machine broken so no coffee

  Check in and check out we’re easy. Rooms and lobby was clean.

  The beds were hard and lumpy. The breakfast was almost non existent. The coffee was gone every time we tried to get some, and when we asked for some, it took more than ten minutes to get it so we had to go to a gas station.

  It was clean and a good location.

  The power was out in half the room. No maintenance available so we had to move. When we opened the couch it had a huge lump the whole way across the center. Could not use. The hot tub was no longer available as indicated on the description. I chose that hotel for that reason.

  breakfast not good. Eggs tasted like powder eggs. No fresh fruit like strawberries, watermelon, other melons, berries. Also no signal within room and couldn't watch TV cause no signal either. Had to cut trip short due to medical issue and no refund for additional days reserved.
