  Breakfast was limited but available starting at 3 a.m. If the pancake machine had been working, that would have been the only item that was hot. The room is always comfortable and the shuttle is timely.

  The pancake machine just needed more batter placed in it. The desk clerk was advised, but never addressed the issue. He remained on his computer at 4:30 a.m.

  We always had stayed here before. Not again after my husband’s last stay.

  My husband said elevator was broken and he had to walk up 3 flights to his room and was told it wouldn’t be fixed in the foreseeable future. When he got to his room, the door was open with a pile of towels on the floor so he refused to take it. Rug was dirty looking and old. He was given another room but still up in the third floor without a working elevator.

  Had to stay here for a few weeks due to work. The host will have you move a million times & then say it’s b/c of your reservation type. The host mainly caters to those that book through Air BnB. Communication nor attitude is on a professional or customer service level.
