      The general manager sucks. I asked her about the rewards program and she directed me to the internet almost immediately. She had 0 dispositions of helping me out. Even after staying there for over a month she proceeded to deny me any service and said that she felt threatened. As far as I know general managers are supposed to resolve issues brought forth by the customer. She didn’t even try to assist me. She was highly inconsiderate also. I just got out of surgery 2 days ago so I had to move all my recovery things to another hotel because of her inconsiderate and inconvenient attitude as a manager.

      The location to restaurants and sites. The bed was comfortable, and there was minimal sound from outside.

      The valet fee seemed unreasonable at $40 per day. The room was antiseptic with minimal lighting and our view sucked. No breakfast was a disappointment.

      Spacious guest room with sofa and ottoman, very comfortable and extremely quiet in the hotel.

      There is only one single washer and one dryer in the hotel. The dryer doesn't dry clothes all the way, even a small load so you have to pay another $2.00 in quarters. I notified the front desk and they were to let maintenance know about it.
