It was nice to be close to Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach it was the perfect location for everywhere that we went restaurants shopping centers grocery stores thrift shops. We did use lyft to take us down to Clearwater where the restaurants and bars were.

The first day we were there I went to use a hand held can opener and it broke contacted the staff they told me that they would bring a new one to us it never happened I ended up buying a new handheld can opener. One of the rules where do not turn the air conditioner thermostat past 72 72 should had been cold enough for us if the filters were replaced it probably would have been but we ended up buying two fans. I did point out to the staff that the air conditioners filter should have been cleaned somebody needs to put new filters in and also water coming up from the ground and one of the bedrooms and partial part of the bathroom I brought that to their attention too. I ended up buying rugs for the front door the bathroom and the slider.

Breakfast was good, choices were good and selections were stocked. Room was hot, even with AC it didn't stay cool enough. The lady I spoke with the hall about towels was so friendly, not a housekeeper but still went and got them and brought them us.

Asked about other room options at check in and was dismissed with it was full, I am sure it was but the way it was responded. I asked for extra blankets and none available.

Cody was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and great for our family of 6. The bedrooms are great, and the kitchen has plenty of space. Highly recommended!

There was NO breakfast. This was a big disappointment.

I did not like that there was NO breakfast. Having a breakfast with a lake view would have been a big bonus. As it was, we had breakfast in the town, nourishing but no view. If we come again, we'll get breakfast fixings at Walmart the night before, put them in the room refrigerator (they DO have one of those) , and enjoy breakfast on the porch.

Where do I start? The 2 opened tuna fish containers still on the lavatory counter when I walked into the room and the coffee grounds still in the coffee maker? The dirty bathroom? The nicked up unpainted walls? The unkempt front staff that didn’t look you in the eyes? The stale bagels at “breakfast“?
