Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and it felt so homey. Breakfast had its variations and a comfortable area to eat in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or with family. Great location as well.

The food was very tasty. The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The location was fine. The room was clean when we arrived.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. We needed fresh towels and I had to call the front desk three times to get someone to bring us towels. That was very disappointing.

I booked a suite. when I got there the front desk lady asked me if I needed a handicap room and I told her I booked a suite. She told me their suites cost much more than what I paid and that i didn’t reserve a suite. I showed her my booking confirmation and she said she doesn’t know why it said that I booked a suite because I didn’t book a suite for that price. So regardless of the fact that I booked and paid for a suite. She refused me a suite.

The room was disgusting! There were animal crackers on the floor by our beds. When we lifted the blankets there were crumbs in the bed. The sheets COULDN’T have been cleaned from the previous guest. Their parking pass was even still hanging in the room. The indoor pool area was awful. The indoor lazy river was slightly heated and the indoor hot tub and pool were freezing! The area didn’t appear clean and there were cracked stones and tiles everywhere.
