Staff was so helpful and kind with everything! Manager went out of his way to find us the perfect place for dinner close to the hotel. The food was superb and the service there was excellent. We were a large group and he personally went and hooked us up at this restaurant. Rooms were beautiful, location to cruise port was perfect and breakfast was delicious.

The flooring on our bathroom was peeling up. Our room didn’t smell the best walking in. Smelled a little musty. And there were some stains on the carpet.

The place was filthy. The carpet had bleach stains everywhere in the halls. There was only one ice machine and it was in the second floor, found it by accident. Elevator was disgusting. I am a cleaning tech as my profession so I checked surfaces when I first came into my room. The sink and table were NOT cleaned, the shower had mold in the caulking that could easily be removed with bleach, and the floors had nail clippings on it which meant no one swept or mopped. Cleaning such a small room isn’t hard. That makes me think that management isn’t giving the cleaner enough time to get things done or they are just lazy. Speaking of management, someone needs to call an exterminator because I killed TWO ROACHES!! I’d just spend a couple more dollars to go somewhere nicer and not waste your time.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We reported it to office staff and they checked it out and agreed but no one cleaned the room of smell or offered us a new room. It really tainted our whole perception. The one thing we asked when booking room was that it be smoke free.
