  This is my happy place. I would rather stay here over any where else in this town. Besides having the most comfortable beds, the luckiest staff, and the best water pressure, you just cannot beat the views of puget sounds. Located next to some of my favorite restaurants and in historic old town, you just can't go wrong by choosing the silver cloud. Highly recommend.

  Breakfast was okay. It was nice to be able to eat at the hotel and then begin our day. The choices were limited and very little fresh food. But the coffee was good.

  There was an unpleasant odor in several places in the facility. But the worst odor was in our hotel room. It seemed to be coming from a vent right as you enter the room. If you held your breath until you walked to the beds, it was tolerable to be in the room -- otherwise, it was not. We purchased some febreeze air fresheners and placed 2 in the room. This purchase allowed us to sleep. Also, part of the bed frame was missing, leaving a jagged edge, which would be quite dangerous for a young child.

  Everything was good with the hotel and staff including the breakfast!

  The only thing that wasn't pleasant was a conversation that was initiated by another customer who could have had a better approach to a situation during one morning breakfast. This other patron was not polite about something that was none of their business. This was not the hotels fault or staff. I should've brought this to the attention of staff and didn't. The conduct of this other patron was not conducive for a friendly environment.

  No elevator. Lady at the front desk would not even consider accommodating my disabled mother to a different room. The lady at the front desk double charged my card because she THOUGHT we had two dogs. Very very dirty facility. Only nice staff member was the security guard.
