  Location was in close proximity to my daughter's home. Price was good considering what the competition in the area was offering. Room was dated but clean. Check-in took way too long considering it was prepaid on Booking.com. Didn't eat the breakfast either day.

  There should be a warning sign in the bathroom alerting customers that the porcelain tube was old and very slippery. It was like an ice-skating ring with no rubber bath mat available. The anti-slip application on the floor surface of the tub had worn off probably years ago. Upon stepping into the tub with the shower running, my feet slid out from under me, and I fell flat on my back, hitting my head on the back of the tub. Thankfully, my reaction time by spreading my arms to break the fall somewhat was good. The checkout clerk was informed of this issue, and she assured me that the manager would be notified. Other than a resurfacing of the tub floor, a rubber anti-slip mat should be provided.

  We really really like our stay! Everything was super clean, people were super nice! Room was big, bed very comfortable! Just 20 min to Watkins Glen but you won’t find anything like this hotel there! Love it!

  The place was very clean and big! I didn't realize I had booked an extended stay hotel so having a kitchen fully stocked was a welcomed surprise. The place felt safe and secure.

  My least favorite was the staff when I arrived. I felt unwelcomed. Not sure if the person was having a bad morning or I interrupted a well deserved rest. The place was empty when I arrived early in the morning so of course they had to charge an early check-in fee because...I don't know....the door has to work extra hard if you come in unexpected. No Info on stuff not readily available but able to provide such a hair drier which I'm surprised they provided for free after I called to find out. No room cleaning in the 4 days I was there which I understand for those staying there a month but not for those traveling as regular hotel guests.

  The hotel location was perfect. Walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

  The hallway carpeting was littered with trash; looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The bed had dips in mattress from usage. Definitely time for the mattress to be replaced.

  The roach concierge in my room introduced himself and disappeared. He just walked out to see, me while I was on the toilet, and then nothing. Didn’t bother changing the holy linens or anything. It would have been better if there wasn’t a roach in my room for all the help he was.
