The location of the property was great. Very close to Legoland which was our main concern, near the beach, restaurants as well as a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast was included which was a plus.

The condition of the room was very poor. The paint on the bathtub was chipping, knobs on the drawers were falling apart, the bed was ok but the pillows were so uncomfortable to sleep on, and most importantly our room phone kept ringing the whole time during our stay. It would ring once or twice and stop suddenly. All throughout the night and very early morning. We also got locked out of our room, our key stopped working and we had to get new ones programmed to our room. The people at the front desk also never seem to be manning the phones. They never answered and when we would go down to get help it would take a while for someone to come to the desk to assist.

At the rooms you don’t have a coffee maker and the only coffee machine is at the lobby. Since this is close from 10 pm to 7am so, I could have a tea or something like that at night.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was so firm/hard. No cushion or padding at all! Water in shower would only get hot if turned to a very specific area on the faucet and reversed with the cold. Took 15 mins of moving the faucet to find hot water. Bath towels were tiny, thin and dingy.

It smelled heavy of marijuana in the halls and the bathroom smelt like previous guest smoked in there. Roaches came out from under the fridge after opening and closing it and the beds aren’t connected to the frames so if you lean on it the whole mattress moves and you can really hurt yourself. Probably the worst hotel stay in my life.
