Unfortunately the front desk associate was rude and unable to resolve the issue of 4 phones in rooms to work and left me in a panic since I was in need to call the hospital regarding my Father's possible PASSING. It took 2 1/2 hours to have me moved to a room so I could use the in house phone and Reem the front desk associate did not care that I went down and complained. My Son had too psychically drive to the Embassy Suites to contact me that I needed to comfort my Mother since my Father passed at approximately 9:58. No phones at Embassy Suites can call out!!

The location was fantastic, quiet neighborhood, house was comfortable, decorated well, having 2 master suites was nice, 3 bathrooms was great, fenced yard was awesome for our dogs, beds were comfortable.

Kitchen cabinets smelled really old and musty inside, didn’t feel clean, cabinet doors wouldn’t stay shut, found several dirty dishes in the cabinet

The location is 5 mins away from the airport so very convenient. There’s also a free shuttle to and from the hotel to the airport but it doesn’t start until 5am

Uncomfortable beds and pillows, bed frames stuck out and we injured our legs. The bathroom had some cosmetic damages. The room had an odd smell which triggered a migraine. I did call down to the front desk but nobody answered. I ended up opening the window but the noise was bothersome. The light near the sign in the parking lot was ridiculously bright and bothered us even with the curtains closed up. Noisy side street. Very few hot breakfast choices, and fruit was spoiled.
