It's uphill so having a car is useful and there is a parking spot available in an underground garage. The check-in was easy and everyone is friendly and accessible in case of questions. It's perfect for a group of friends.”

  In spite of mixed reviews we chose the hotel because of its downtown location and the offer of free parking. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on the wrong side of a huge interstate system and not suitable for exploring the lively parts of Cincinnati on foot. It is, however, within walking distance of the football and baseball stadiums. Overall, the facility is ageing and in part in poor shape. However, our room on the 5th floor had been recently refurbished. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel and found Cincinnati fascinating, especially the riverfront and the art museum.

  We arrived after dark and feared that the place was abandoned. There were few lights, little signage, and for check-in we parked in an active road lane. Once oriented, we found plenty of parking. The hotel must be hopping during sports events.

  The location was nice. The room was spartan and that's it. Overall it looks clean but there is a sense of griminess about the room. There was no hair conditioner. There was a generic tube of shampoo. She upgraded us to the luxury suite!!! LOL.

  I do not recommend this motel. It's expensive for the accommodations. The pillows are flat and were probably salvaged from good will. It's pretty bad. I will not come back.

  The location was good. We had a great view from our room. The pool and hot tub were nice.

  The smell was a bit musky but it was clean. The staff was not overly friendly. Each time I went to the desk I was asked to wait even though they did not seem overly busy. They could use some training on hospitality.

  You can't park 2 cars in the driveway like it states. They have a double jetski trailer that is hanging in the driveway preventing 2 cars to fit next to each other. Porch room enclosed must have the carpet replaced immediately or tile layed. The smell of dog pee is extremely profound especially when you turn the heat on!!!! Washing machine leaks water everywhere! Bathroom floors need to be cleaned wayyyyyyy better. Master bed is extremely comfortable. Bunks are like springs. Other two rooms comfy. Couch is nice. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Just minor things need addressed now rather than later.

  Elevator super small an stunk, I booked a smoking room an was placed in a non smoking room when I arrived . Towels were FILTHY ! Tub FILTHY! Then I asked about late check out but when I arrived they said it wasn’t in system and made me pay for a whole extra day (80$) for 2 hours !
