  The room was spacious and had a place where you could eat in the room if preferred. It was quiet, especially if you run the ac/heat on continuous fan mode to mask the usual street noise. The plumbing and rooms were quiet (really only heard neighbors when walking by the room). The WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good with cereal , bread,bagels, and waffles available. Hard boiled eggs and oranges/apples,yogurt, fresh mild also available. Coffee was caffinated only, but you could make decaf in the room (machine with filters available in each room). Maid service only occurred when you checked out. (We stayed two nights, and the towels were not changed or bed made, which was fine by me). Overall, an excellent value.

  I travel to Grass Valley as a 100% remote worker who's company is located there - need a spot to park myself every 3 months or so - this was a perfect and affordable solution for an older solo gal traveler.

  Staff is almost non-existent. Other guests helped answer my questions. Almost all communication was via text, but they were prompt on texts. Only saw 1 person who worked there refreshing breakfast items.

  Staff was rude. Food was overpriced and disgusting. Impossible to sleep due to the doors slamming every 5 seconds. The doors are designed horribly and you have to slam them to get them to shut so all you hear when you are trying to sleep are the hotel room door slamming throughout the entire hotel. Furniture was in horrible shape. Stains on everything. Overall worst hotel experience i've ever had.
