If you are in need of a place to stay that is close to the airport or NDSU then I would highly recommend this property. It offered great value and a very hospitable staff. The room itself also was clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. They do have adequate gym facilities and over not only a free shuttle to the airport but also free laundry for guests (no need to go home with a bag of dirty clothes)!

As I reflect on my stay I can't say that there is much that I didn't like. Although not necessarily close to downtown, it was conveniently located for where I needed to be. I suppose if there was anything I wish it had it would have been a shuttle to downtown.

The unit upstairs (3 bedroom/2 bath) is clean and bright. The living and dining areas have the open concept, so it is a good space to hang out. The unit has a pottery Barn feel-like interior and vibe, very nice cool relaxing color scheme. Location is about a 9 minute walk to Arlington plaza on the other end of State St. Easy to get hold of the property manager by text or phone call.

Street Parking is a hit or miss. Some days you might get lucky to park in the street close to the unit building. Some floorings are not of same level. Have to be extra careful not to miss a step in the kitchen and in the main bedroom.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were immensely helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, always clean and with everything working perfectly. The location is great one block from Waikiki Beach (meeting point for any tour), and surrounded by restaurants, ABC stores, the Zoo nearby. One hour from the airport with the 20 bus.

The continental breakfast option included is not a good option, the food although fresh only consisted of fruits and bread, I missed some protein and cheese and some more options. Also the disposable cutlery and plates are not the most comfortable option. Leaving luggage stored after checkout means an extra charge (first time I had to pay this).

The properties in a great location, easy walk to the beach super exclusive great area The best part where at the beach, the Bay Area meets the salt and freshwater. It was super warm, enjoyable for kids litter Creek.
