Everything was great from the very beginning! Dev the man that checked us in was very nice and greeted us with a smile first thing gave us our directions and were the pools was we had a great scenic view of the mountains. Everything was clean and nice ! Absolutely will come back to this hotel ! And the price was awesome! All the staff was very nice and greeted us any time we seen them !

Nothing. We checked out, forfeited the reservation’s cost, and found a much better deal on Priceline.

This did not match the quality of a prior stay at a Red Roof Inn. The area did not feel safe for me and my two daughters. There were several groups of men drinking alcohol in front of areas we needed to walk through to access the second floor. The room was not cleaned well. The sheets were dirty with stains and were placed just over a bare mattress. Yuck!

Staff person Louis. He lied to us multiple times. Said he didn't know when the next staff was coming in. Really, you don't know when your getting off your shift? We needed a plunger, he couldn't find one so we had to pack up & move rooms. I asked for a supervisor, he said he didn't know when one would be in. When we stayed the 2nd time at Super 8, he had a work out suit on! Is that allowable? He's the face of your facillity, in a workout suit?? Lexi and Lakeisha(?) were so helpful & I'd definitely employee them, their Customer Service skills were awesome! We traveled w/a bird in a cage, the 1st time central res waived the $20 a day, Louis said there was no way that would happen again! What?? That's when I asked for next staff person or supervisor. He told me it didn't matter who I spoke to about waiving the pet fee, it would be assessed for the bird. RUDE!! We stayed at Super 8 twice, most of this trouble w/Louis was the 2nd time. We also asked for 2 more pillows, he told me he didn't know if they had any extra, REALLY??? He b rough us one. I worked in the hospitality industry for about 30 years & the last 20 years as a supervisor for AAA (American Auto Asso) before retirering. I am accustom to staying in very nice hotels ( I was skeptical about our 1st stay at Super 8.) I was so pleased to have the 1st stay since Wyndham properties took over. All in all nice property & staff. Louis could definitely use some customer service training on how to visit w/customens to make their stay wonderful.
