Other than needing a little more light in the room this hotel was great! The location and shuttle service to the airport is great! The best thing though is no carpet in the rooms!

I didn't like the fact that online it didn't state the pool and Jacuzzi wasn't operating until you got to the location and booked it, but I do understand that it was only due to renovations.

That we booked a third day and had to pay with a different payment method and my husband went down there several times they swiped his card for the third day and then the repeat our cards for the third day he went to go get his race car cuz he races and a woman didn't even knock on my door just busted it open and tried to tell me in my 9-year-old son we had to leave because they didn't know what they were doing at the front desk. It was very unprofessional I will never stay there again and it cost me several hundred dollars and I still haven't got my deposit back. The staff was terrible. I could not believe that that lady literally just busted my door open without knocking and told me and my 9 year old we needed to leave. My husband literally went down there twice Friday night waited till check out Saturday to go get the keys redone and as soon as he left they tried to kick us out it was just crazy. No apology nothing at they called me several times during this time I had to call my husband my 9 year old was in a panic like they were trying to make us just leave without any of our stuff just get out or go wait for my husband to come back so he had to haul but back. Just very disappointing after you spend several hundred dollars for 3 days.

Facility is long in the tooth. Carpets in the hallway need replacement. Chairs in the room need replacement. The room was generally clean you can see mold in the corners in the bathroom.
